We do not claim ownership over your designs.

5. Acceptable Use

• Use FrameVerk for illegal activities
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Upload harmful code, malware, or suspicious content
• Abuse support channels

We may suspend accounts violating these rules.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

If FrameVerk offers paid plans (now or in the future):

• Prices, billing periods, and features will be clearly displayed
• Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe)
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated
• We may modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice

If a payment fails, access to paid features may be paused.

We make no warranties regarding:

• structural correctness or compliance with building codes
• suitability for professional architectural use
• uninterrupted service

Users are responsible for verifying design accuracy before real-world construction.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrameVerk is not liable for:

• construction issues
• misuse of the Service
